Your Humanitarian Convoy Is Cordially Invited...

Biased BBC, like its evil twin the real BBC, deploys a range of specialist correspondents to help us make sense of the worst al-Beeb treachery. The longest-serving of these is sue, who monitors Middle Eastern madness. Today she finds the BBC guilty of heinous offences whilst covering George Galloway MP and his controversial convoy to Gaza:

The treacherous MP for Bethnal Green and Bow, George Galloway has been away from his constituency lately.

Tower Hamlets in deep winter. What's not to like, George?

His recent publicity-seeking escapade, getting a convoy of aid to the Palestinians who are currently perceived to be imprisoned in Gaza and starving, has even antagonised the Egyptians.

Indeed. But where's the BBC bad-assery? I've got an angry email ready to send to Whinge Central.

“ The Egyptian foreign ministry launched a scathing attack on convoy leader British Respect MP George Galloway, claiming that his comments regarding the hold up of the convoy defied “honesty and facts.” “Being aware that Mr. Galloway loves media exposure, for various reasons, the ministry refrains from engaging in media arguments with someone who deliberately changes facts for personal objectives and masters the promotion of false championships that are based on wrong impressions leading to wrong conclusions,” it said.”

So that's how Cairo's Malcolm Tucker spins it. Needs a few more swear words, but... we're still light on BBC action, sue.

The convoy, organized by Viva Palestina, was unable to get to Gaza in time for the celebrations.

Or perhaps not: Your link says the party was in early December; yet the convoy wasn't supposed to reach Gaza till December 27th.

….unable to get to Gaza in time for the celebrations. The BBC doesn’t tell us this because they’re more concerned with interviewing the poor activists who have been beaten up.

Typical. The BBC gives us all the boring crap - riots, a dead Egyptian soldier, injuries, diplomatic stand-offs and so on - and fails to tell us the vital stuff: That the convoy missed a party it never intended to go to.

They’re also keen to tell us part of what Gorgeous George said.

They should deny him the oxygen of publicity. Keep his cigar consumption down, for one thing.

"It is completely unconscionable that 25% of our convoy should go to Israel and never arrive in Gaza."

A quote also used by Sky News, well known as a Jihad-friendly mouthpiece, among many others.

They didn’t bother to report the end of that statement, which was blatantly slanderous and far-fetched: “because nothing that goes to Israel ever arrives in Gaza.”

Excellent. Had the BBC used it we could have hammered them for broadcasting George's inflammatory guff.

And when they don't use it, we have them for failing to expose the same inflammatory guff. Win-win in every way!

Election 2010: The BBC Smear and Assassinate Cameron. Apparently.

Biased BBC's proud boast is that it Exposes The Reporting Bias Of The BBC. And the most fertile ground for bias-hunting must surely be the next General Election.

Today Biased BBC's Top Gun David Vance commended an email from a reader who'd spotted some egregious Labour propaganda on Five Live. It's an outstanding piece of analysis, only slightly flawed by an inability to listen to more than two words at a time. Oh, and a misunderstanding of the whole notion of bias. Otherwise, it's brilliant:

Radio Five just interviewed YouGov's Peter Kellner on the election - specifically his opinion on Cameron and the Tories.

Excellent. Top pollster.

Q. Why were Tories not doing better in the polls considering Labour's unpopularity?

Perhaps you'll share with us what the polls told him...

Obviously the real answer is Cameron's position on European Union and Global Warming.

Global Warming and the EU? Biased BBC's pet subjects to be sure, but is that YouGov's view?

Kellner's 'analysis' was that the Tories were still suffering from Major era, while Cameron remained very popular.

So he said. He also said people were blaming Labour more than the Conservatives for the expenses scandal.

A few sentences later he smeared Cameron.

Good grief… oh, hang on. He actually said that Labour attempts to paint Cameron as a toff were childish and trivial stuff in his personal view. However it did resonate with voters, so it was a legitimate tactical target if an unsavoury one.

BBC did not mention that Peter Kellner is married to a Labour Minister.

She is no longer a Labour Minister now that she's the EU Foreign Minister. But hey-ho.

How can BBC interview someone so biased on the election and keep the bias from the listener?

Perhaps you should have a word with those socialist softies at the Telegraph. Oh, and Mr Murdoch's lieutenants at The Sunday Times and Sky News. They all employ Mr Kellner's company to conduct their polling.

Well the answer to that is very simple - the BBC has no shame.

None at all. Asking the man who heads the Telegraph's polling company to discuss the next election is shocking.

I heard Nick Robinson earlier doing a similar assassination job on the Conservatives.

Somehow I doubt it, on the evidence of the above.

The election is ON and between now and polling day the BBC will do everything possible to ameliorate any Conservative advantage.

Because shafting the party most likely to win is a sure way for a public corporation to prosper for the next five years.

I am no fan of David Cameron but I can see how unfairly he and his party will be treated by the State Broadcaster. It amazes me that he is so meek and mild as to how he will treat the BBC when he gets into power.

Possibly because as a former broadcasting executive himself he understands the media slightly better than a stroppy yoghurt marketer from Antrim with an irrational hatred of The BBC.

I know what I would do, wouldn't you?

Is that before or after you bomb Iran and tear up the Good Friday peace treaty?

Never Give A Jew The Torah

It goes without saying that Biased BBC sets the standard for evidence-based criticism. But sometimes even B-BBC outdoes itself. All praise to the saintly All Seeing Eye for this devastating critique of BBC vileness:

Did anyone catch the recent "Desert Island Discs" featuring Anthony Julius who was Lady Diana`s lawyer?

Sounds as if you did.

He had said that he was Jewish and loved English Literature enough to have wanted for some time to teach it.

Excellent. If a little dull.

At the end she presumed to offer him a copy of the Torah - and he protested saying that he wanted the full King James Version of the Bible so he would still have access to the beauties of the New Testament.

Is that the time? And I haven't yet walked the dog.

The BBC is full of this anti-Christian presumption.

Murdoch…Walkies! Sorry, what did you say?

The BBC is full of this anti-Christian presumption.

The bastards! Offering a Jewish man his own religious scripture? (Are we sure this is out of order?)

I assume that Kirsty and team did not already know that the Torah IS the Old Testament

Oi! Young! Noooo! (Is it possible that they thought some Jews might find the New Testament a bit tricky since Jesus is not actually their Messiah?)

but are they not commiting (by their lights!) the cardinal sins of stereotyping and patronising a Jewish person to presume that he might automatically take the Torah?

Stereotyping for sure. Unlike assuming that everyone wants to take The Bible in the first place.

Julius deserves credit for being so forbearing of the caricaturing!

As a lawyer he'd know that The Religious Persecution (Assuming Jews Follow Their Own Faith) Act 1973 gives him full redress.

Add this to the "Good Rebellion, Sir" stance that they take as a matter of course with this question at the end.

That's why they ask, of course. No, really.

A David Walliams and the like are somewhat lionised as and when they refuse the offer of the Bible by the admiring Kirsty and her ilk

She takes her orders from Satan. That's why they chose her.

...seems to be desired even to show how much against "The Man" they all are!

Not sure that makes sense. Is this the same BBC which Biased BBC routinely accuses of institutional anti-semitism, by the way?

Note: This item was submitted by a reader and will be updated with attribution when he/she confirms how they want it to appear.

Possibly too embarrassed. We can but hope.

If you spot anything you think merits inclusion please contact us here.

But try not to be so desperate.

Is It Cos I's Fat?

Good news for bias-hunters: Biased BBC has identified a whole new category of BBC treachery…. protecting fat people, so long as they're black.

A laurel wreath and several shoulder pips for pounce, the ex-Army, ex-Muslim scourge of BBC censorship:

The bBC informing the British public about an escaped woman killer and half the story.

Are the BBC informing us about two things? Or one? Or one-and-a-half?

Woman killer flees on shop visit A woman convicted of murder has gone on the run during an escorted visit to the shops in south London.

Solid public information. Excellent.

Patricia Gillette, 41, from Streatham, south London, was detained indefinitely in 2007 for killing Mark Murphy, 38, at his home in Streatham in August 2006. Gillette, who was being held at Bethlem Royal Hospital, was on a visit to shops in West Wickham High Street, Bromley, when she escaped on Friday afternoon. Police described her as "dangerous" and warned people not to approach her.

Any description, should I be boulevarding in Bromley?

Gillette is of large build, has moles under both eyes, a scar on the left side of her neck and another scar on her left ear, police said. She was last seen wearing a red hooded coat, a blue jeans shirt, black jogging bottoms and black shoes.

Plus there's a photo of her. Think I've got the picture. Oh, but wait....

And here is a little information which the bBC left out in describing this woman killer.

Devious bastards. Spit it out, pounce:

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said officers had been advised that Gillette is overweight, weighing approximately 25 stone, and is 5ft 5in.

You'd never have guessed, when they described her as of large build that she might actually be… of large build. Twats.

You'd think that, that large snippet would help ensure that lady killer Pat stood out a little.

Apart from the moles and specific scars, plus the clothing. Oh, and the photo.

Now i wonder why the bBC left out that salient chunk from its reporting.

She's probably a secret Islamic ninja. But they'll never tell you that, either.

Is it because as a fat black Killer on the run she has rights.

Almost certainly, pounce. We did try to warn them that the Human Rights Act (Enabling Mentally-Ill Killers To Escape) Act 2003 might cause the odd problem.

But do they ever listen?

The Wrong Johnson

Forget all the crude pro-Labour guff which makes each day on the BBC a torture-chamber of Blair/Brown propaganda.

It's just chicken feed. Feast your eyes instead on this, the ultimate provocation:

We are indebted to Biased BBC regular Teddy Bear, who makes clear the treachery dripping out of every pixel:

The BBC headline on the story seems designed to make sure any reader would not bother with it,

Wouldn't they just say: This Is Boring. Don't Read It? Or not publish it at all?

and doesn't even make clear who is involved: Johnson saves woman from 'oiks'

That blonde-haired geezer beaming from the page looks familiar. Might he be the Johnson in question?

Bear in mind the Home Secretary is also named Johnson.

So that's their game! And Alan's grey cow's lick is the, um, exact replica of Boris's blonde mop!

I'm sure if it was Ken Livingstone the BBC would have run it as their main story

For a whole week. And called him Supernewt.

and would clearly have identified who it was

How much more obscure could a photo of the humble Boris be?

and the heroics involved in the headline.

Yeah. Johnson Saves Woman… Sounds like cowardice on a bike. Goebbels would have been proud.

How To Monitor BBC Bias

Biased BBC is a model for anyone who wants to change the world by challenging public opinion. As its masthead proclaims, it revels in Exposing The Reporting Bias Of The BBC.

But how best to achieve this? An excellent case study is head honcho David Vance's current complaint about the way the BBC reported Hillary Clinton's recent tour of Africa. The charge: The coverage was, er, glowing, apparently.

Now... over to Team B-BBC's penetrating analysis of the BBC's behaviour. Marvel as the regulars take verbal scalpels to the corrupt flesh of BBC misinformation, line by line:

1. (Hillary's) not fit to be in a position of power.

2. If Africa's future is up to Africans does that mean we can stop chucking money at it?

3. Wasn't there a slight omission from the BBC report on Africa? The BBC can't even see the elephant in Africa... (surely Attenborough's up to speed on the big fellas)...Oh... Islam in black Africa

4. I doubt very much that the encroachment of Islam is top of the list of concerns of Sub-Saharan Africans to be honest.

5. If I were a Christian out there, it would be very high on the list of my concerns.

6. seeing its rampent corruption everywhere you look i will not donate to african charities.

7. (A long list of shocking crimes from South Africa, and then...) Not that you would know that South Africa is a more violent country than Iraq if you let the BBC do your thinking....

8. I'm not so sure that South Africans are not worried about Islamic groups operating in South Africa

9. Everyone knows the middle east and Africa are fooked, but there's no point rubbing it in.

10. We really should leave well alone, let them slaughter each other until there is no one left or they come to their senses.

11. I'm not sorry to be a White european.

12. (Quotes Obama: "Africa's future is up to Africans") ... and how much aid money they can get out of the West.

Let's summarise:

Biased BBC set out to show that the BBC covered Hillary's African trip in a biased way.

David Vance said the coverage was glowing. Any other evidence which Exposes The Reporting Bias Of The BBC on the Secretary of State's visit?

Why, yes: Twelve B-BBC experts chip in:

One says Hillary's not fit for her job. (Suck on that, BBC.)

Four argue about whether Africa's too Islamic. (In your face, BBC Hillary coverage....)

Six reckon Africa is fooked one way or another. (Almost certainly the BBC's fault)

One feels superior about being a white European.

How do BBC journalists trudge into work each day, knowing that they labour under such a lacerating spotlight?
